About the Imart Design Award

This award aims to highlight the excellent qualification of best designs, design concepts and design oriented product worldwide. Our main aim is to promote Nepali traditional architecture, designs, and design concepts worldwide. And the primary aim of this award is to create publicity, PR push and advertisement opportunities for designers, engineers, and design studios.

Interior design is the art and science of enhancing the interior of a building to achieve a healthier and more aesthetically pleasing environment for the people using the space. An objective serves to guide the design process and measure the results. Interior design is a multifaceted profession that includes conceptual development, space planning, site inspections, programming, and research, communicating with the stakeholders of a project, construction management, and execution of the design.

iMart design award is the online design competition that honors the best designers, architects, engineers, design studios and design oriented companies worldwide to provide them publicity, fame and recognition. Who should apply?

The process begins with an open call for nominations. Eligible nominees are invited to submit materials for the jury’s review according to specifications provided by the Imart Nepal Design Awards office. Submissions generally consist of resumes, design statements, portfolios of work, and professional-quality visual samples.

ELIGIBILITY

There is no requirement for years of professional experience,
nominees should have been practicing for 2 years
Students and professors should submit their own project/designs.
Nominees can't submit designs/projects which are not based on these award categories.

DISQUALIFICATION

Entry works that violate the proceeding conditions shall be disqualified.
Entries that infringe on intellectual or industrial property rights will be disqualified.
Participants shall be liable for claims by third parties resulting from the infringement.
The entry must not have the same or a very similar design to any work announced to the public before.
