My name is Sabin Karki. I originally belong to beautiful city Damon, recently residing
Thankot, Kathmandu. I am studying Bachelor in architecture in Institute of
engineering central campus, Pulchowk - final year. I have completed my internship
from Grid consultancy where I got an immense opportunity to learn and develop
skills regarding sketching, auto cad, lumion, Residential projects, planning and
visualization.

I also got an opportunity to develop inter personal relationship with
clients and know about the working environment. Recently, I am working in Peso
consultancy as a paid part-time architect. Till the date, I have developed various
skills and qualities like conceptualization, creative thinking, design concepts, design
to delivery drafting, drawing, imagination of Industrial Design innovation etc.

As an architect During my projects and held visit, I got an opportunity to work closely with
clients, engineers, construction personnel and sometimes with other stakeholders
which helped are to improve my communication skills. I also know about the
business knowledge and knowledge of building laws and order.
